We collaborated with alice + olivia store design team to help them roll out their store network in China and Asia Pacific. As a local partner, we help the store development team solve issues associated with transparency, reliability, brand consistency, material coherency throughout their global store network.

This project was delivered in a 35 days period from site possession to construction completion, in spite of a lockdown and pandemic control. It involved a lot of coordination to make it happen under a short period of time.
