james stewart x founding director
A structural engineer by training, James started his career in his native New Zealand. More than a decade ago he moved to Hong Kong, where he continued working on large scale projects and contributed to the construction of Cathay Cargo Terminal, House of Dancing Water among others.
He later switched focus to the project management side and led large scale projects, such as retail expansion projects in HKIA, airport business lounges and other high-end hospitality and retail projects.
In 2018 he founded XCS Group, and with a support of the fast growing team of architects and project managers focuses on retail, workplace and hospitality construction & fit-out projects.

Sacha Romain x Retail Director
Sacha has 20 years+ experience in retail design, development & construction management. Native to Belgium, he has lived and worked across the globe.
He led Retail Design and Development teams globally for brands including Levi Strauss & Co, PVH, Tommy Hilfiger, utilising in-depth global retail and store design knowledge, as well as sourcing & procurement standards.

Nim is an Spatial & Experience Designer with rich retail experience in Asia.
Attentive to detail, creative and a team player, she grasps the needs and priorities of our clients projects immediately and is able to come up with a concept thought through down to the finest detail.

Having previously lived in London, she has a good understanding of what it takes to manage projects in Asia Pacific and Europe
Adrian Kwanho Law x Interior Designer
Diligent, creative and attentive to detail, Adrian develops construction plans and layouts, implementing our clients needs in architectural project drawings.
He is currently based in both our Hong Kong and China offices being our eyes and hands on Mainland projects, insuring high standard quality & cost control.
